4th of July Events 2018 in Manatee & Sarasota
Fireworks:
The bayfront in downtown Sarasota and the South Jetty area in Venice, as well as downtown Bradenton and Palmetto to see the explosions over Manatee River, are some of the top spots for FREE fireworks viewing.
Nathan Benderson Park Fireworks on the Lake:
Come and enjoy fireworks, live music by the party-rocking Greg Billings Band and bluesman Albert Castiglia and more for FREE on the evening of July 3rd at this new event at Nathan Benderson Park. Other activities include paddleboarding and kayaking, with food and beverages for the whole family throughout the park. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs. 4 p.m. gates open; 5-7 p.m. Albert Castiglia; 7:20-9:20 p.m. Greg Billings Band; 9:30 p.m. fireworks; Tuesday; Nathan Benderson Park, 5851 Nathan Benderson Circle, Sarasota.
